Who we are
This website is operated by Milevant. If you have any question about your personal information, write to info@milevant.com or call +1 (514) 762-1702.
What we collect and why
- Ticket requests. When you send a ticket request we receive your name, email address, phone number, the number of tickets and anything you write in the notes. We use this only to process your request, hold your seats and contact you about it.
- Messages. When you write to us through the contact form we receive your name, email address and message, and use them to reply to you.
- Newsletter. If you subscribe, or tick the newsletter box on a ticket request, we keep your email address (and your name, if you gave it) together with the date and wording of your consent, and send you news about upcoming shows. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Technical data. The IP address is saved with each form you send, to protect the site from spam.
Buying tickets online
The “Buy tickets” button takes you to an independent ticketing platform. Payment is handled there, under that platform’s own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your card details.
Newsletter service
We use Mailchimp to send our newsletter. Subscribers’ email addresses and names are stored on Mailchimp’s servers, which may be located outside Canada.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A cookie remembers the language you chose, and your browser keeps a small note that you have closed the newsletter window or subscribed, so that we do not show it again.
Who can see your information
Only the people at Milevant who handle tickets and enquiries, and the service providers that host this website and deliver our emails. We never sell or rent personal information.
How long we keep it
Ticket requests and messages are kept for as long as we need them for the event and for our records. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Write to info@milevant.com.
